NATIONAL HOSPITALITY BIENNIAL SURVEY INFORMATION:
HHN issues the only industry-specific, nation-wide hospitality house survey that captures data on budgets, positions, salaries, benefits, and services. The biennial survey report impacts HHN members ability to:
- Look ahead with their strategic plan and forecasting
- Apply for grants
- Increase hospital financial and in-kind support
- Increase donor support
- Project your house budget
- Establish wage benchmarks and benefit benchmarks for employees
- Compare software and systems used by other hospitality houses
